We held a National Conference on Equipment Reliability and Innovation at Kolkata on 8th March,2008.

We bagged a new consulting engagement with Ultratech Cement, Hirmi Cement Works for overall improvement of Plant and Equipment Reliability. Target is to ensure a minimum reliability of 95% and an availability of over 98%.

We secured a contract to design and build a complete engineering factory from the grass root level. This includes the design and architecture of the factory, its layout, equipment design and selection and design of work processes to maximize productivity and profitability.

We conducted a unique Knowledge Sharing meet between two of our respected clients, viz, Tata Metaliks, Kharagpur & Goa Plants and Tata Chemicals, Babrala at Kolkata on 19th Jan 2008. Both learnt from each other with regards to analysis, implementation and the excellent results they achieved by adopting Rapid Innovation

Happenings

We conducted a two day workshop on "Developing Balanced Attitude and Transformation" for middle level executives of DVC on 28th and 29th January, 2008, at Kolkata at DVC Towers. The program was an eye-opener for the participants and they were grateful for the individual suggestions given in the workshop, which they believed would transform their lives and make them more happy with their work and life.
